Collobration

It is an agreement between a property owner and a builder. The property is typically a vacant plot or a dilapidated building or a building that has been built with a substantially lower FAR than what is allowed. Collaboration is a deal between the Old House Owner and Builder, where the builder constructs luxury Builder Floors on the owner's plot at their own expense in exchange for a floor in the new home.
